Chicken Caesar Salad

Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients:
1 full head of romaine
1/2 red onion, cut into rings
2 chicken breasts, boneless
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup Hormel's Real Bacon
4-6 tbsp of caesar dressing (we like Renee's or La Maison)
1-2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
Wash and spin lettuce within a lettuce spinner. Add onion in rings. Barbecue or fry chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper. Put lettuce, onion and all the other ingredients into a bowl with a lid, shake. Add chicken to top of salad. Enjoy! This is one of our go-to meals for healthy, cheap and quick on weekdays.
